Before you follow the steps to register, please consider the information on admission requirements and recognition of prior learning below.
Admission requirement
A social work, teaching, or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 6. Prospective students who do not have a minimum qualification at Level 6 may apply at the ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners in South Africa) for Recognition of Prior Learning.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
Please contact info@aschp.net regarding RPL. Use the correct qualification name in your application and copy your RPL application to rventer@visioeducation.com.
Step 1: Complete the registration form
Step 2: Pay the registration fee
Pay the registration fee of R500 into the following account. As you will not yet have a student number, please use your first name, the rest of your initials and your surname as reference, eg: Peter D Chabalala.

Step 3: Submit your registration application
Submit the following documents to Mr Stanford Chabayanzara at stanchaba@gmail.com and copy the application to Dr Venter at rventer@visioeducation.com.
- Completed and signed application form
- Evidence of payment of registration fee
- Full academic record, with certification
Step 4: Pay your tuition fee
At registration, you will be required to pay a tuition fee of R20 000. This amount includes all your study material, teaching and assessment. Please note that the tuition fee is payable into a different account. Submit the following documents to Dr Rienie Venter at rventer@visioeducation.com.
- Evidence of registration at Gideon Robert University
- Evidence of payment of R20 000 into the following account:
